Medical Marijuana Legal in Ga.

Gov. Kemp just legalized medical marijuana today. Much quicker than I expected.

Congrats, man!

Hopefully we get reciprocity and I'll have a MUCH less stressful time crossing the border going north!

I get nervous around Lowndes County!

I just blazed a spliff of a strain called Chunky Diesel. Its 26% thc. Ready for the evening!

Breaking Headlines from Atlanta:
Governor Kemp has legalized Hemp!!!
(Sorry Georgian Brothers and Sisters, I couldn't help myself!!!)
Or medical cannabis...Is this for CBD, or actual dried flower?

at least down here in Fl you can get CBD bud, shatter, crumble, vapes, and gummi bears at almost every convenience store. Just like buying a soda.

Damn, I knew there was a reason I want to build out a skoolie and spend winters in the Sunshine State!
Haven't lived down there since 82. Got to believe a lot has changed, but I'll bet the winters haven't!!!

And the real sad part of all of that you say above is possession of any of that material is a friggin FELONY in the state of Texas, last I heard...

Good news.

Things are headed in the right direction. Unfortunately Washington screwed the pooch when rec was passed. They killed the medical dispensarys.

20 years of successful medical ruined by the lust for tax $.

Inslee can kiss my ass!

It ain't cool yet. Before today, it was legal to use CBD oil for prescribed patients, but it was still illegal to produce or possess in the state. So you had to illegally smuggle it in. Many didn't want to take the chance so they moved to 420 friendly states. Now they will allow select state controlled dispenceries and larger companies to manufacture. Still aways away from recreational. What sucks is when I was in Fla. I checked eligibility requirements for a MM license and all the cancer, heart surgery, torn rotator cuffs, arthritis and everything else I could come up with and none of them were on the list FML.

They should have done what Colo. did. They tax medical at 7% and recreational at 35%

AIDS

Crohn's disease

But there are other conditions for which a Dr can recommend cannabis for you.

Canada did the whole country. Saving big time on Police, court, and jail costs plus getting tax $. Too bad it took 100 years but better late than never.
