Mirror Window Tinting

I used white frost privacy on my windows but I was wondering if it was bad/illegal to use the mirror tint on your rear windows. I could see the glare off them blinding the person behind you. But I guess that's not really your fault they are driving there.

if the sun is that intense, i think it just penetrates right on through the window tint. It doesn't seem that getting blinded is that much of a possibility

Painting the glass

What do you think about painting the glass? I would think after time the window film would peal off.

Some of the windows on my bus have had white paint on them for about 10 years. When I went to change some of them to frost it took a LOT of scraping with a razor blade to get it off. If you get the glass clean that paint will stay there forever.

i think painting the glass would be a lot cheaper and easier. It depends on the look that you desire.

I really like the look of mirror tinted windows myself, plus you can see through the tinted windows. Painted windows would be opaque letting minimal light pass through them, and not letting you see out.

In some of the areas of the bus, Like where the bunks are I want to insulate the windows and put plywood over that to keep some of the heat in, and hopefully some of the heat out
