Mouldy framing, condensation problems

How do you avoid the framing rotting when it is in direct contact with metal? I’ve heard of vapour barriers between metal and wood, is that necessary? Should we switch framing to pressure treated or some other framing wood? Are most skoolies just mouldy under the walls? We have had to back track and are now going to experiment and take out two windows to reseal and see if that fixes our leak problems. If that works we will remove all wall framing to take out windows and seal them better and solve our leak issue hopefully that will help with condensation. But we still have multiple mouldy ribs that need to be replaced. See image. It’s very frustrating, the entire build has been so frustrating!

I treated all my wall studs with and subfloor with Valspar deck sealant. says weatherproof for 10 years on decks 25 years on fences so being relatively out of the elements it should last the life of the bus no problem. took about 3 gallons to treat all the wood

That sounds really frustrating, I would at least keep the air moving in the bus (fan? de-humidifyer?) until you figure out a solution.
