Natural building materials

I just realized I hadn't thought of using natural materials for the skoolie as I was planning to do for my future cabin/house.

Had anyone used natural materials for insulation etc? I'm not advocating for lugging around a mud brick home but I'm curious if theres ideas out there.

"natural" and "insulation" aren't a good mix in a big steel can.
