Can I top it off with a similar OAT 50/50 red coolant or does it need to be the exact same thing?

It seems that the 'Alliance OAT ELC 50/50' is a nitrite free coolant, so I wouldn't want to add a nitrite coolant if at all possible. Also, it does not have any SCA so don't add a pre-charged coolant. Do you have a coolant filter? If so, it should be a blank cartridge without a chemical charge.
I recently bought Final Charge Global from NAPA which is also nitrite free. If you can't find a dealer (follow the links to Alliance) then I would go to a NAPA store.
