Need some ideas for removing wheelchair lift

Okay I need some ideas. I have a wheelchair lift near the front of my bus. I went underneath to find the bolts and they are completely blocked by the fuel tank. Has anyone had this and how did you end up getting the lift out?

If you reach with a wrench you can reach most of them. May not be able to SEE what you're doing but should be able to find the ends of the bolts and the nuts.
The ones you can't reach you'll have to go masochistic with a grinder. Be safe!

I just took mine apart!

So, inside there’sa little metal panel that I had to open to get to the underside and undo a few bolts! Here’s hoping this helps❤️

If you deploy it so that the platform is on the ground, and then disconnect the negative battery cables and then the electrical from the lift, trCing back and removing FM the cable(s), you can use an angle grinder to cut the bolts. When it’s free, you can fold it to the ground.
