I would offer a lowball price citing unknown hours and condition, and apply what you save towards a basic freshening before swapping. With the VIN, a Navistar dealer might be able to pull up semi-recent service records at least up until it was out of warranty, and perhaps you just might luck on to the original school district -- maybe someone there remembers the bus if you can get its original number. Or maybe you'll get really lucky and some record exists somewhere of its true last known mileage from the VIN...

Sure, thanks! Good pics of the belt and all the pulleys attached, connections to/from the turbo(s) are high on my list. Also, where the bolt-on air compressor is. All around would be great as well.
