Newbie - Is this a good bus? 2007 Thomas, 30ft, 24 passenger, CAT C7207/AD2500, 83k

I'm looking for my first bus and came across the following being auctioned:

2007 Thomas Transit w/ 83,000 miles
Engine: C7207
Transmission: AD2500
30 ft long, 24 passenger
Flat face (not dog nose) with FE
Functioning wheel chair lift
Located in Ohio.

There's nothing obviously wrong and I'm too far away to inspect the bus.
It seem about the right size for my needs. This won't be a full-time bus and while I expect to deal with some elevation from time to time, I'm not planning on spending weeks at a time hauling up and down mountains.

I have two questions:
1) Is this a "good" bus?
2) What should I expect this and similar buses to go for at auction?

Thanks in advance for any feedback or guidance!
