I look at a bus toilet as an "emergency toilet." Everyone should be encouraged to use public facilities when possible.

I dunno if a tree in a state forest should be considered 1) public 2) a facility.

Urination in public is frequently discouraged, and I can personally testify to that fact in multiple countries.

I'm just saying buses were meant for traveling and there are public restrooms and rest stops just about everywhere these days. It's easy to go at least 80/20 somewhere else. That would have been wishful thinking when I had kids.
