Onan remote starter switch wiring

The remote starter switch for my 1987 Onan 6.5 NH genset fell appart. I bought a replacement switch from Onan but I need to know how to wire it. The switch in an (on)-on-off pattern with 5 screw on contact, one in the center, two on top, two on the bottom. I have five wires coming out of the dash, green, red, orange, blue, and green with a white stripe.

I may be able to help but not without a lot more information. Give us the model and serial # of the unit in question, along with some photos of the unit and the switch for a start. When your switch came apart did you disconnect it or is part of it still connected to the control wires?
