Ospho - Best application method?

After grinding down minor surface rust, am now ready to enter Ospho application stage.

What is the preferred method of application?

Depends on the application. For the floor I just dump it here and there and use an old mop to spread it around. I also have an empty windex bottle full for vertical surfaces and hard to reach areas.

Roger that. It's for the floor. I wire brushed the surface rust away. Thankfully nothing too entailed. My initial thought was spray bottles but doing the entire floor, I thought I'd be a little closer to the product than desired.

A mop definitely sounds like a sound idea, thanks.

spray bottle causes enough volatilization that I always feel a mild burn in my throat while spraying into confined areas.

I'd pour some out and spread with a throw a way brush (which I'd save for the purpose)

I forgot to add I only spray it if I have a mask and a prevailing wind or fan behind me.

Ospho needs a follow up coat of paint. I used ospho for my floor and then gave a coat of rustoleum fence paint and I am happy with the result

I decided to use rustoleum rust reformer on the underside because I did not want to use ospho and then apply a second coat of another paint. I will use a pump type fertilizer sprayer when I start the underside
