Parts in Florida?

I own a 2003 All American Blue Bird RE. I bought my bus at a local school auction for pretty cheap, however, it doesn't have a radiator/frame/tubes.. basically everything that keeps the engine clean

I've been trying to find a salvage yard in Florida that may have spare parts for me. If I buy them directly from Blue Bird they'll be pretty expensive.

Hey, neighbor!

Where in S.FL?
i'm in P.Pines!
As for the parts, there is a truck parts shop by palmetto & 36th (i think...), saw many buses parked in the Doral area but now can't recall where... Also, there was a shop/dealer on okeechobee west of LeJune...no buses there, but saw many heavy/light duty trucks.

good hunting!

thanks!

I'm near West Palm Beach. There is a local auction for buses right now and I'm going to take a look at a few on Monday. There are some that are similar enough to my bus that actually have a radiator (according to the pictures). If I can snag them for 700 or so at most, it'll be a good price.

That would be better!
It would be quite the drive from your area to Doral!

Definitely. My mechanic friend and I are going out Monday. I have 5 buses that I wrote down that we're going to look at. All, theoretically, with a compatible radiator and other stuff. Hopefully they're in good condition and hopefully, if that's the case, then I win the auction.

..and hopefully I can find somewhere to put bus number two.
