Progressive the uninsurers

Wacky... No claims, no problems and out of the blue a message from progressive saying they're canceling my rv insurance. Looks like I'm hunting for a new insurance company. Like I did to state farm when they pissed me about, I'll take all my policies away from progressive.

I was afraid this would happen.
Is it titled as a motorhome?

I suspect the problems won't end until I can get the registration changed and that's dependent upon completing the conversion.

What are the minimum requirements for titling as a motorhome? If they need AC electric, just buy a small inverter that plugs into the cigarette lighter. If they need a toilet, get a cheap porta-potty at Home Depot. Just do whatever it takes to make the minimum sacrifice and get the title changed so you can get it insured. Of course, if it's going to sit for a year while you work on it, none of this is important right now; it's only when the thing is driving on public roads that any of this matters.

Well, I rang the agent. It seems the policy wasn't intended for vehicles as big as mine. Well, he would say that, wouldn't he? Perhaps its his way of saying he screwed up. Mind, I was suspicious of a cheap policy anyway!
