Question about extended stop sign removal

In order to take some photos of my bus for my insurance company, I removed the two extending stop signs from the side of my bus. To do this I simply clipped the wires leading to them.

My battery has been dead for a couple of weeks, but now that I (finally!) have my title, registration and insurance all in order, I'm going to attempt to recharge the battery and take my bus for a drive. Are the clipped wires to the stop signs going to prevent my bus from starting? If so, are there specific wires in the remaining cable that I need to short out to get the bus starting again?

I don't have a computer or Internet access where my bus is (40 minute drive away) so I'm trying to get all my ducks in a row before I head up there.

The stop sign wiring shouldn't be hot unless you hit the switch. You can check it with a multimeter real quick though.
