Rear bumper idea

I have been trying to search with no luck so i will try a thread. Has anyone seen or done a mod to the rear bumper to put a pull out drawer in the space under the rear door on a short bus? I was thinking something like a truck bed system. I have the floor off right now and I think I have about a 36" by 60" space under there that if I came out right through the middle of the bumper would give me a great strorage spot for tools, jack, chairs, camp stove and what not. Any thoughts?

1st I added double door for my garage.

Since I am able to put ATVs and 4 wheelers in here, I needed a wide ramp.

Don't want to waste inside space with the ramp, so had to find a space.
Between the frame rails was perfect.

All hidden when stored.

The frame rails are around 32" wide and can be boxed in at the rear for a drawer or flip lid like mine. Lot of unused valuable space under there on an FE.

You could ake my door 2.5" taller by going as low as the hitch reciever, and 32" wide and have a reasonably sized storage drawer in there.

I have a fuel tank there but it looks like you did a great job on it. Cool idea too

That is pretty slick. Pretty much what I was looking for. Now I just need to find a box that fits or fabricate one.
