this is what im running with. removed rear windows, welded in cross members, steel sheets riveted over window holes. rack secured with 1/2 grade 8 bolts. will have sides and top covered with sheet metal. mini split condenser will mount on the left side right side will be for storage gonna weld in some brackets to hang bicycles as well.

I like that, I don't think I've ever seen a storage deck at that height. I imagine the compressor won't be any higher than the top of the bus... makes me tempted to do something similar on just one side; however, I really don't want to delete any windows.
