If you go with progressive commercial for private use policy you wont need to remove seats. I have two buses insured through progressive for 402.00 per year
Not each. That's 201 per year each. However if you are bent on removing the seats, baring rust, two guys can do it in less than 2 hours. One guy can do it in about three hours. Even faster if you use a cordless drill to turn the socket on the underside.
If one guy is doing the job use a box end wrench and gorilla tape to hold it on the top. Then crawl underneath and hit it with the socket.
Seats have lots of valuable plywood and useable metal in them.
