Rental space for conversion

Hi all, I live in Thousand Oaks CA. If you know SoCal then you no property is at a premium. I want to get a 30-40 foot bus and do the conversion myself but need a place to do it. My house and property are small. Any recommendations on how to find a place or anyone in the Ventura County area know of a place.

Thanks,
Rob

my first thoughts

farther north and inland.

Farms and horse ranches in the hills...... The problem is getting the bus in some place and burns up from a wild fire.... You have to able to move it in short notice. I have seen way too many people get the bus in a place where they cant get it started. that would suck. Use google earth for a place that looks like they might be have the space and would rent you a spot. Industrial places next to train tracks. Cul de sacs, dead ends.

hope that gives you some ideas.

would a boat yard rent space. people put boats in the yards and work on them. could you do that with a bus?
