One thing I found out about them, and all the other road service people, is this:

If you break down, you can do ONE thing. You can have them call a service tech to come out and fix it, you pay his labor and parts. Or you can call and have a wrecker sent. You cant do both. Its a one time deal, you only get one choice. If I understand it clearly......
