Roof jack for stove chimney

What are people using to exit their stove pipes? I am installing a Dickenson diesel heater. I would like to be as lo profile on the outside as possible.

We used a Dektite silicone boot. It's not low profile (at all) and looks kinda strange, but it was dead simple to install. Something to think about if you can't find a low profile option.
