rust around the wheel well behind driver seat

My floor is finally up and I've discovered a lot of rust. The worst area is behind the drivers seat. There are holes in the floor and I honestly don't see how the wheel well is still attached. The rust is so bad I can take more pics but I have to make them smaller to uplaod
