Rust hole under back door

found a rust hole under back door, is it worth keeping it should I just find a replacement back door? The hinges are not the best either.

It's very hard to capture as I don't have a flashlight.

Looks like you should be able to salvage that door.
But if you have a source of a cheap, rust free door go for it!

Ok. I just don't know how to fix it. Like, if I grind off the rust, how to patch that hole. On a floor is easy but with curves and whatnot I'm just not so sure. I wouldn't know where to find a replacement that for sure fits, my bus is a little older =/

They do sell a replacement door bottom panel, but you'd need a body guy to weld it on and smooth it in.
