Seat Belts

I did look through some old threads....

Does anyone know off the top of there heads if seat belts are required once it becomes an RV / Tube Tent Toy Hauler?
I know the driver seat has one, but there's no others. I'll be putting in a booth and a "C" shaped couch and was wondering.....could have 6-7 people.

....for Ontario, Canada.

I'm in Quebec and here if you want to register your bus as an Rv, you need to have at least 2 seats with seatbelt ( including the driver seat) and at least one seat with a seatbelt for every sleeping spaces ( so 4 bed, 4 seats with seatbelt driver seat include)

Don't know for your province, but i found those information on the SAAQ website ( the provincial transport organisation)
