Kinda reminds me of a VW bus I saw in Cleveland years ago. It had been shortened so much the front and rear tires were almost touching. Crazy looking rig. Seemed to me that if you hit the brakes very hard it would flip over forward.

That wasn't short, but this one is, still trying to figure out if it's PS, a trailer or what?
