Should I worry about these holes?

O was plugging holes on the floor of my bus and was wondering if I should bother with some holes
I see on the bottom of on of the walls. Since they're not exposed to outside and insulation will be used eventually could I pass on filling these? Would you?

It helps to eliminate convection. Convection, Conduction and Radiation cause condensation of the interior. I plug all holes and gaps.
In Florida, bugs and ants always find they're way. Are Texas insects persistent, too?

When I picked ut up in Mississippi it had a big ant trail in it. They kept me company on the road. Got rid of them in a day when I got it to Texas. Had a few spiders. I see quite a few spiders where I store it at but mostly small ones or daddy long legs. Seen a few murderous looking spiders but nothing inside the bus, maybe because it's empty. As long as I keep the storage swept and pretty clean there is not really an insect problem. Considering there is a lot of grass/field right by me I'm surprised I haven't seen more than a few roaches. Saw a rat once and that's why I try to keep it clean

I mean... if you're really worried about it, just dab in some seam sealer and move on. I wouldn't stress about it personally but if you want it sealed up, that's how I'd do it. No point in welding them up or anything for something so tiny and not on the floor.
