Shuttle Bus Conversion - Mysterious Plug

Just bought a 2012 Chevy G4500 shuttle bus. In the engine bay I found a 3 pronged AC cord. I wasn’t able to track it completely as it disappears deep into the engine

Any ideas of what it could be?
