Skoolie Airbnb ?

Would you do a skoolie conversion for an Airbnb venture?
There was a news article about an owner of an old dodge camper van renting it at $85.00 Canadian a night. Got me thinking.

They are out there!

We almost stayed in this one but the trip got canceled for some reason or another. 289 reviews, all apparently 5 stars. Seems to be working for them...

Edit: Also, just counting the stays that left reviews they've made ~$17000 so far. The conversion doesn't look like it was all that intensive, so they've almost certainly made money.
