Here is a product that Amazon recommended while I was looking at the hair dryer:

It may not have heat, but I betcha the air flow would make up for it and it's battery powered!

Just convince her that the same hair style she had in high school is out of fashion.
And that you really like shorter, tasseled straight hair.

do what I do... start the bus , spin and turn the little round A/C vents from the windshield to the driver seat , they make great hairdryers.. and you get the bus heated too..

We don't have a shower yet so the plan right now is to dry hair at the gym after showering there... Planet fitness all the way.

Gosh, I'm glad I'm not the only one that showers at the gym

I thought the whole purpose of a Skoolie was to downsize, live simple, or to get away from it all. That's why I don't understand this entire thread. It seems like you all are making accommodations for unnecessary things in your bus.

I cant say for certain, but I assume that when I'm in the bus my wife uses the same hair dryer and takes care of things the same way she does when I'm at home.

I'll make sure to ask her when I get back home.

LOL- you all probably had to put a bed in your bus for two people!

I'm not sure you can compare a bus outfitted for occasional use with one outfitted for full-time living.

the whole purpose of a skoolie for me is something fun to go get groceries in.. and something to sit up like high Like a boss on road trips across the country.. .. and a place to hide n stretch out when I want to write code..

I guess i did upfgrade from grade-school.. now I *DRIVE* the short bus
