Dave lived in Southern California.

I loose track of time. As best I can remember, Dave passed 6-7 years ago.

I wonder what ever become of Enterprise?

I found it. His bookstore has the slide out book but it is a dead link. I just found another link for his books to a bus online seller that looks to sell ebooks. I wonder if it is any good?

Here is the link to all of Dave Galey's publications including his autobiography and a compilation of interesting emails he received over time! They are available in ebooks or you can buy them as regular books in package deals. I was able to confirm the store website from his son(?) Dan Galey. Thanks for the tip on finding it. I just ordered the slide out book and look forward to what I can learn from it.
