I didn't buy from them, but know about them as they have a location here in Chesapeake. They are a Thomas dealer, with direct access to parts (from Thomas/Freightliner). I had to go through them to find the part numbers for my air brake chamber mounting brackets, then I ordered them direct from Freightliner as I work for a dealer that has Freightliner direct access and got what I needed at cost instead of Sonny M's customer pricing.

I would ASSUME the buses they are selling have been properly serviced, and probably trade-in's from various school districts... I got mine directly from City of Harrisonburg via publicsurplus.com...

Not sure which Virginia location you are talking about, I would suspect the one out in the mountains though. If you find something at the Sonny M's in Chesapeake Va let me know, I may be able to stop in and check it out for you prior to making a long trip... They are right here in town about 5 miles from my house...
