Stubborn Screws

Help! We are trying to demo and can't get these screws out, Im sure it is a very common problem but what have you used to get them out. we have tried:
-PB Blaster Spray
-A good Carbide drill to drill them out
- A drill bit with what only be described as a claw to grab the screw.
- Cutting a line so it can be used with a flat head
-Even Coca Cola!
please help, what to try everything before we take an angle grinder to them and grind/cut them off!

Use a #2 square bit in an impact driver. Some use an air chisel under the head on rivits, screws are, I'm sure, harder metal, so may not be easy with the chisel. If the screw is rusted in place, a good whack with a hammer on the head will usually free it up.

Try hitting the screw with a 5lb hammer. It should loosen it up some.

I don't screw around anymore and just go right to the angle grinder, had enough of wasting time on those buggers.

However, I use an impact power driver (ryobi battery power) that pounds on them to get them out, way better results than a manual screwdriver. If the impact doesn't work, right to the grinder. If that won't fit, might try chisel. If that doesn't fit, "dremel".

Same here. If I can't get a screw out using normal methods quickly I just whoop out my angle grinder and get er done.

I’ve had good luck with grinding a slot and using a flat head bit. But you said you tried that?

Grinding all of them off works but creates a lot of dust. Wear a mask
