TC1000 front brake retrofit/rebuild

We've been on the road in our TC1000 BB for just over a year now. 9500 miles with no real issues. Michigan to Oregon, up and down the coast and back to Michigan.
I wanted to replace the front rotors (cracked completely thru) and pads but found that BB did not have the original rotors which are a one piece rotor/hub assembly. The only option was a retrofit "kit" that BB used to upgrade the TC1000 caliper bracket, caliper, hub, rotor, and bearings. It's an expensive but doable job.

With hope of saving others the headache I am listing the parts needed for the upgrade and a pic of the BB invoice. With luck you can source these separately saving $$$ and time.
