Temporary ceiling fan
Or until you can do better.
I measured my escape hatches and on mine a 20" box fan will go up in the hole. How to mount it so you can flip it i don't know.
Any ideas?

solar fan
not sure if it applies, but I installed a solar fan on my bus so far it works fine when is hot outside keeps the bus cool while parked, people think that is a satellite device.
