Tips for installing RV stove/oven?

I have a 17" propane stove/oven (21" wide) salvaged from a camper and I'm about to build the cabinet space for it. Is there anything special I need to be aware of, like spacing, how to allow for the propane connection etc.?

Do you have a make/model tag?

If specifics aren’t available, you could use an installation guide for a modern okeefe and merit stove.

My little suburban gave a couple useful numbers: at least 9 inches from center if burner to a combustible surface, at least 18” clearance above a burner.

Use black iron pipe to plumb to the stove. On my installation I piped into the manifold compartment with black pipe. The connection from pipe to the manifold Should be done with 3/8” copper tubing that is flared to 45 degrees and is connected with flare fittings and flare nuts.

Have you already run gas pipe?
