To Use or Not to use

IN the process of insulating my 77 passenger. IN what case do i need to use vapor barrier/retarder, water barrier/retarder, and bubble foil wrap..?

Do a site search for insulation, there are a TON of threads on here talking about it. I think you will see the consensus around here is to use spray foam. It provides the best insulation and you don't have to worry about vapor barriers. 2nd best would be to use solid foam panels - just as good R-value, but not as air/watertight as the spray foam...
