Toy Hauler Value or Interest

Hi All,

Been a while since I have been on. I am looking to see if there is any interest in a toy hauler. It sleeps 6 and will haul a car or motorcycles, quads and should be tall enough for side by sides. It needs to be finished inside but works as it is now. It is titled as a motorhome so the hard part of getting it titled from a school bus to a motor home is done.

The bus is a 1986 Bluebird, 8.2 Detroit Diesel penny pincher with turbo, auto trans. Has new front tires(600 miles) new alternator, battery, runs good with no issues.

What is this thing worth?

The toy hauler part may be of value, but it takes too much space and only leaves less than 15' of build out space. Year/make /model/engine, i'd put a value of between $2500-$4000

A foto taken from the garage -> forward, would be helpful. From the side shot, it looks to leave a reasonably-sized living area remaining. However, some linear measurements for each section would eliminate any doubt.
Images detailing amenities are needed for any assessment to be remotely accurate...
Do dig the rear ramp, tho! [emoji106]

From the first pic it appears that the garage is 7 or 8 windows in length.
Leaving 6 or 7 in living space?
But I defer to the OP for clarification...

I reckon 12' to 13' forward. 10 window-garage.
The oil stained plywood floor and original (uninsulated) ceiling aren't selling points, either.
