Truck body on Bus?

I found an international 42-43-4400 crew cab body for sale and was wondering if theres any way it could be mounted to a mid length bus frame if the bus body were removed. I'd just make whatever whas left of the frame into a flatbed as a work vehicle.

Anything is possible with an angle grinder and a welder.
Take some measurements from both and go from there.

Should be relatively straightforward if you find an IH bus, the frames were similar and much of the electricals and mechanicals should interchange easily enough. The hoods *may* be different (or they may be the same) but from the cowl back the bodywork will be different (obviously, to accommodate the bus bodywork).
