Underbay storage with diamond plate truck boxes

I found these and was considering putting at least two on my bus behind the rear wheels.

It had also crossed my mind to build my own underbay boxes, but I'm not that much of a welder and I'm a little worried about keeping them relatively water tight.

Any other pros/cons to build versus buy? Any other sites I should check out to buy these boxes? Truckbox.com seems to have the best prices I can find but I do need to email them first as I saw one picture somewhere that indicated the inside of the box had little dividers in it, not helpful if I'm trying to stash large items in there.

I just installed four boxes similar to the ones you linked to, except they are only 36 inches long. I intend to use them for the propane tanks supplying the range and water heater, and fuel tanks for diesel heaters. Mine are between the axels to better protect them. Here is my YouTube video showing the installation process:

I love how they turned out. Way prettier than anything I could have fabricated. I got them on sale, so the four boxes and related hardware came to under $1,000 Canadian.
