It only exceeds the generator breaker if you use the full capacity of each sub breaker. Do you know the amperage draw of your AC unit? Sounds like your other 120VAC needs are fairly small.

Amps = Watts divided by Volts

Convert each appliance to amps and add them up, per circuit. Compare to your sub breaker ratings. You might want to leave some capacity to spare, the starting load of the A/C compressor draws more power.

You can also just test the circuit in action and find out what it will really do. Fire off the A/C, then start turning on other appliances until a breaker fails. Know your maximum load in reality, and simply stay below it!

6.4KW is probably it's surge rating, like when the A/C first starts up {and to a degree every time the compressor kicks back in}
