What make of bus is this?

Mythbusters once did this:

I've never seen a school bus that looks quite like this (before or after).

Carpenter? Basing that on the last frame image of the rear bumper which has the brand blacked out but looks like what I recall the Carpenter marque looking like. And based on the way it collapsed in on itself when it rolled, I would say don't buy one!

I wondered if it was a Carpenter, since the NHTSA issued a warning about them in 2003 because of a rollover accident where the roof was smashed flat: https://icsw.nhtsa.gov/people/injury.../carpenterbus/. Carpenters were built with a separate roof that was welded to the walls (instead of a single hat channel rib like most buses now) which is how they got that more squarish shape.

"M" on the grill. Not impressed with the roof failure.

I guess they never took account of the possibility of being blown end over end by a jet engine.
