What to do with hurri-hot heater

I have a hurri-hot hot heater and I don't know what to do with it. Do you sell it? Recycle it? How do I close the hose loop once it is removed before replacing it with pex? Thoughts?

Are they even any good? I just don't see a need for it unless I was driving through some hellish winters and even then, some pex floor hose would be more than enough no?

I can't see it, is it the under seat heater? If so it only works when the motor is running and warm.

So where did you put yours...? Mine is in the rear of the bus, I just don't see a need for it back there or know where to mount it.

if you have no need for heat in the rear then no need to keep it.. since both my busses (esp my red one) are close to stock the heaters are under the seats.. in my red bus I have people ride back there when groups of us go for outings and such..

I took a church bus load to Orlando FL from WV/MD. The back of the bus froze! Granted it was 10F when we left and only on the last day did it get above 70F in FL. I even bought a heater to put back there as the FL spec bus didn't have it. That taught me when I convert I would rather have it and not need it than freeze. I may box it into a Cabnet base or something. Not sure yet, I get to that detail in time but I'm sure to run my heater hose under the bus.

On my bus the hurri-hot heater is also the defroster, so I kept it.
