What trans could be behind this?

The shift positions match the one and only "T handle" shifter that I have seen on an MD-3060.

does it have an LED display adjacent the shift lever?

No LED. I've not seen a 3060 with anything other than the digital LED push button. I know it's not a 3060.

With that pattern it would probably have to be 2000 series then.
There are buses with 3060's that came spec'd with t-handles. Trucks too.
edit- saw the listing. Its a 545. Says 4 speed and since its a year model 2000 I'd bet money on it being a 545. Its a TC. Rare to find one with anything else.

I meant to get a pic of it, but apparantly didn't. You can just see the end of the "T" handle. I remember now it was R,N,D,3,2,1. I'm dreaming if I think it is anything other than a 545.

My 3060 had a T handle but traded it for a push button, didn't want that handle sticking out and someone landing on it while driving down the road.
