Wondering if any of you know how to move this wheelchair belt on the wall...it is covering the last screw, trying to move it without being destructive.

The plastic cover might pop off, there's probably a bolt under it. The thing may also be spring loaded so it can be adjusted, try pushing it in and see if it "unlocks" and slides.
