Where to buy 3 point seats?

I have a glaval bus built on an F550 chassis. I believe it has freedman seats in it. The seats have a lap belt, but I need four seats that have a 3 point seat belt in them. I really like the ford transit dual passenger seats, but I can't figure out if the seat detaches from the base and if it would bolt to the bases that I have.

I think, I can buy seats from a glaval dealership, but the closest dealer to me didn't even know what a glaval bus was, so I'm not sure that will be much help.

I'm surprised I can't find generic or universal seats that have the ability to be bolted to a frame that have the integrated 3 point seat belt.

Any help would be great.

I have a Ford Transit van dual seat. The seat does easily detach from the rails, no problem. There are two rails for a dual, each has three holes for bolts so you would need six bolts total. The rails are meant to be bolted to the floor, so I don't think could bolt them on top of your existing frame thing if it's above the floor level (without having the seat be way high).
