i can get a 94 25' bumper to bumper ford f350 with a 7.3 with a/c front and rear with 181000 miles for $3000 or i can get a 95 35' internation 3800 with t444e auto with 165000 both buses have new tires im just wondering which is easier to convert and which would be better over time.

Its really up to you, how much room do you want? there the same motor, not sure what tranny is in there. As to which one is easier to convert, just depends what you want in it. I can't say anything about towing, i haven't towed yet but i will be soon. I don't see any problems, but the 7.3/ t444e are no power houses.

Typically, skoolies are much heavier duty construction while most shuttles are pretty light structurally. Load capacities are generally very much higher for skoolies as well. Either way, find out the GVAW for each then get an actual scale weight. That's really the only way to determine how much load you can safely add. Whether in build out or towing. Good to know the front and rear axle ratings as well.

Air brakes? Those are nice for towing.
I personally hate shuttle - style buses. But then again, I run a proper, big bus company ;)
The bus will be more solid. The tail will wag the dog less, so to speak. Hard to say if fuel economy will be different--gearing and top speed are factors here.

the longer wheel base will be better for towing and you WILL want the extra room if staying in it for extended times.

Always make sure the tow vehicle weighs more than what your towing, unless your 18 and know it all...then it's just an adventure
