The only way I can describe it is like a swarm of locust. It’s kinds of a buzzing, kind of hissing. Starts after I get on the highway and doesn’t stop until I park.

We are probably mostly all familiar with that anoying sound. It is the emergency hatch buzzer. Hatch,door or window either adjar or micro switch not depressed.
Yep, one of your emergency windows, roof hatches, or rear door needs to be put back into place.
I'd recommend taking a look at an electrical schematic, finding the proper connection on the fuse panel, and removing that bad boy from the circuit.
