Windows??

I'm at the point I need to start getting windows. I like the frameless windows so who has used them and what company did you use? How was the customer service experience?
I've seen Pelland , has anyone used them? I think I will need custom sizes

Thanks

24" tall by 60" wide was like $1813

OUCH!!!

I'll keep looking and post what I find out.

Subscribing...I'm going to need some soon too. Not sure I'm willing to shell out for the frameless, but def interested in the price difference and where to buy any of them!

2003, we converted a 1996 Ford CF8000 commercial truck to our concept of an ExpeditionVehicle.
.
Our windows are 3010 (three feet wide by a foot tall) dual-pane sliders designed for a stand-still house.
We mounted these at our eye-level standing inside, about eight feet above pavement.
.
We sealed our window frames using Vulcum 116.
Over two decades full-time live-aboard, our Vulcum 116 remains soft and pliable.

Hi I hope your build is coming along and you are having fun.

I got the pelland Hehr 5600 double pane windows. They are not the frameless, I was concerned about tree branches and other stuff catching the edge of the glass window and breaking it. And I was not willing to bead roll a recess in the sheet metal to make the glass flush with the body. But I do like the look of the frameless. I have had no issues with the windows at all. I installed them with polyurethane window adhesive.

And ya Pelland is kind of pricey.

I did have an issue with the order, but their customer service was great to deal with, super friendly and helpful. I had ordered the tinted glass and received un-tinted windows. Once that was confirmed they fixed it by sending out a new set of windows to me at no cost. I was able to sell the un-tinted windows so that helped me with the cost

Good luck on your build!
