Windows Needed - Military Van

Hi All,
I'm building a military van and need side and rear windows. Several of the School bus windows look like they could work. Looking for the squared off corners not the rounded RV style windows.

I need two side windows with an opening measuring 27" Wide x 15" High.

Additionally, I need one rear window opening is 27"Wide x 15" High.

It would be idea to get the exact sizing needed but I'm thinking I could cut down the frames and glass if they are a bit larger. If I knew what school bus brand has this size window I'm hoping I could just order the window from the manufactuer.

Any help in locating these windows is greatly appreciated.

The frames of most school bus windows are 24in high (Blue Bird, International, Amtran, etc). Some have Large windows which are 3-4inches taller. The standard ones have about 11in high glass panes. I dont know that you will find 15in high windows anywhere. These panes arent cuttable as they are tempered. They also don't seal well in a school bus that was build with flashing to install properly. I would use them in a tree fort maybe...

I hope you find what you are looking for and if you want more interest, post some photos of your project and we will all get chatty. Its out of my budget, but i recommend to reach out to "Motion Windows". They make custom windows for ambulance, firetrucks, RV, utility trucks, etc. They have dual pane options and will make waterproof windows to fit your specific hole, even in square..

Ha Ha. Its quite a vehicle (1975 Volvo C303). As you can see the side and rear windows would be much better in glass and be able to open. In the mean time, I'll check out Motion Windows. Thank you for the tip.

Unless you prefer retaining the original appearance, I would frame and plate, then cut holes for standard stand-still house windows.
.
2003, we did this for our ExpeditionVehicle build.
I sealed with Vulcum 116 adhesive.
Over two decades full-time live-aboard:
1 -- the windows are in excellent condition
2 -- the Vulcum 116 remains soft and pliable.
.
Cool truck!
We hear good things about them.
