Would you use this tank?

I saw this online and thought I'd see everyone's thoughts about mounting this under a bus. I have some space below where this would fit, and like the large size this offers. Should I be worried about road debris--this being fiberglass and all? If so, I've thought about putting up some metal casing to protect it. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I'm not clear what purpose the tank would fullfill. Do ya want to increase your fuel capacity? The tanks seem to be made of polypropolene, a very tough material normally used for water and waste. Frank

Thanks for responding, Frank. I'm looking for a tank to fuel the generator. The gen will be running pretty much all day on Saturdays and will be the only source of power given that I won't have a battery bank this year. We're running a big AC and TVs ect on this tailgating bus and will run it both on the road and while tailgating. So I'm looking to prevent having to make "gas runs" while parked or having to stop for fuel on roadtrips just to refill the generator.

if it fits i think it would work fine. For that price, i'd go to the junk yard and buy a plastic tank off of a GM truck. I'm sure they can be had for nearly free, and you can find em up to about 40 gallons.
