Your opinion on this bus

2001 with a Cat 3126 motor. Started right up and ran without issue. Going to take it for a test drive and get it up to temp. Taken out of service in October. 2 a/c units. Other than a couple broken windows, it’s in good shape. I’ll try to add some videos of the motor. Any thoughts are appreciated.
My 13 year old will be slowly converting it to a Skoolie for a long term school project.

I recommend getting a Bluefire and plugging that in when you test drive it again. It lets you connect a tablet or phone to the bus' data port and lets you read lots of engine parameters that aren't on the dash cluster (like oil temperature, boost pressure etc.). It's about $180 bucks but it's probably the best investment you can make and you can use it once you've bought the bus to provide a digital dashboard (it will also tell you the bus' true mileage which is handy to know).

Busted windows are no problem at this stage of the build, assuming you can find some free replacements, since ideally you take them all out to clean and reseal them anyway.
